1. Information We Do Not Collect (Offline Architecture)
reclaim. is built from the ground up to operate offline on your device without transmitting your data to our own servers. We believe your financial data belongs to you.
- No Accounts: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use the App.
- No Developer Server Sync: We do not transmit or sync your financial items to any proprietary reclaim. servers or databases. However, if you explicitly choose to export your data (such as CSV or backup files) or enable device-level operating system backups (such as Google Drive or iCloud device backups), those files are processed according to your device settings and chosen storage providers.
- No Analytics/Tracking: We do not collect behavioral data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data.
2. How Your Data is Stored
Information you enter into the reclaim. app, including subscription records, warranties, free trials, and other financial items, is stored locally on your device using the app's local storage.
Depending on your device, operating system, and settings, app data may also be included in backups maintained by Apple, Google, or another provider. Exported or shared files may be stored separately according to the destination and settings you choose.
These external copies are not managed by reclaim.
3. Device Permissions & Notifications
The App may request notification permissions solely to trigger scheduled alerts locally on your hardware (such as upcoming trial expiries or renewal deadlines). Notifications are scheduled directly by your operating system without contacting any external server or transmitting push tokens.
4. Third-Party Access & Legal Disclosures
Because your app data is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers, we cannot sell, rent, or monetize your in-app records. However, if you contact us for customer support, any personal information you provide in correspondence (such as your email address or message content) will be processed to assist you. Furthermore, we may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, valid court order, or official governmental request.
5. Managing and Deleting Your Data
You have direct control over the items you enter into reclaim. Within the App, you can review, edit, or delete individual entries at any time, or reset your local database via app settings. If you uninstall the application, locally stored data is removed according to your operating system's rules. Please note that if you have previously exported files (such as CSV or backup archives) or if your operating system has backed up app data to external cloud services (such as Google Drive or iCloud), those copies may remain until you delete them directly from your storage or backup locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
7. Governing Language & Interpretation
This Privacy Policy may be translated into multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern and prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
